Strengthening Global Partnerships, UMAM Serves as Co-Host for 4th ICEMA 2026

KUDUS – Universiti Muhammadiyah Malaysia (UMAM) reaffirms its commitment to international academic development by co-hosting The 4th International Conference on Economic Management and Accounting (ICEMA 2026). Organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Muria Kudus (UMK), the international conference is scheduled for September 2, 2026, in Kudus, Indonesia, via a hybrid format.

This year, ICEMA focuses on the theme "Driving Sustainable and Ethical Business Transformation through Digital Innovation in Management and Accounting". The theme addresses the evolving demands of industry and academia as global markets shift toward sustainability, ethics, and digital technological innovations.

UMAM’s Contribution to the International Conference

As a concrete step in fostering global collaboration, Prof. Rushami Zien Yusoff, Ph.D from Universiti Muhammadiyah Malaysia joins the distinguished roster of Keynote Speakers. He will present alongside international experts from Romania, Australia, Taiwan, and Indonesia to share strategic insights into modern governance and business transformation.

UMAM's involvement as a co-host aims to build research synergies across higher education institutions in Southeast Asia and beyond, while amplifying the reach of scholarly publications worldwide.
